The Sparco K-Track rib protector is Sparco's first rib protector for karting that complies with the FIA 8870-2018 homologation. This homologation is already mandatory in international championships, and this requirement will gradually expand. The main difference between non-approved and this FIA 8870-2018 approved rib protector is the mandatory presence of a chest protector. In addition, all parts of the rib protector are subjected to a test and must be able to withstand a certain impact. The Sparco K-Track FIA 8870-2018 rib protector is flexible and ergonomically shaped, allowing it to perfectly conform to the body's shape when the driver is in the seat. The protector can be perfectly customized through various adjustment options.
