This is the Privacy Statement of Pro-Racing B.V. | Pro-Racing | Sparco Netherlands. In this statement, you will read how we handle the personal data we obtain in our contact with you. Pro-Racing complies with the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Article 2: Collected personal data
Your privacy is very important to us. We do our utmost to protect your data. To be able to provide services to you and to ensure our service to you, we do need some personal data from you. Pro-Racing processes this personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

- handling agreements, order(s), and providing information about their progress;
- storing customer data in our database to be able to execute the agreement between you and Pro-Racing;

This technique offers the highest security and is therefore also used by banks for data security during online banking. All payment methods we offer are extensively secured by the aforementioned standard. That your data is sent encrypted can be seen by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser.

Article 5: Requesting, modifying, and deleting data
Personal data provided to us can be requested, modified, or deleted at any time. You must contact Pro-Racing personally for this.

When you terminate the service with us, we retain some data based on the legal retention period. We delete data that is no longer needed. After the legal retention period, we destroy all data. You have the right to access the data we have about you after the service with us has ended. You can submit a request for access, correction, or deletion with us. To ensure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request.
To protect your privacy, we ask you to black out your passport photo and citizen service number (BSN). Pro-Racing will respond as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks of receiving the request.
Article 7: Sharing with others
Pro-Racing only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
