Yes, in addition to our webshop, we have a local store in Hillegom, nearby circuit Zandvoort. In our store, we have a wide selection of items available that are offered on our website. These items can be viewed, tried on, and taken home immediately if they meet your requirements.
The regular opening hours of our showroom are as follows:
- Monday: open from 13:00 to 17:00;
- Tuesday to Friday: from 09:00 to 17:00;
- Saturday: from 10:00 to 17:00;
- Sunday: we are closed.
We have lunch from Tuesday to Friday between 13:00 - 13:30.
During the above hours, we are also reachable by phone. Any calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages that come in outside of these hours will be answered on the next business day.

Did you know that Pro-Racing has a pickup box?
This allows you to pick up your order at a time that suits you, for example, after work. This way, you are not dependent on our regular opening hours for package collection and enjoy extra flexibility.

Despite our large inventory, we do not have the capacity to stock all products due to the range of our assortment. We have made a selection of items that are in high demand and that best fit our target market. Items that are not in stock with us are generally available at the manufacturer. The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.
If you have a question about the stock status of a product, it is best to email us, WhatsApp us (06-17858383), or call us at (0252-527790).
If you urgently need an item that is not in stock with us, there is often the possibility to have the item sent with an express shipment from the manufacturer to us—or in certain cases, directly to you. Delivery can often take place within 1-2 business days. Please contact us for this.
For most products that are size-dependent, we have included a size chart. This size chart helps you get a good indication of which size you need. When you are asked to measure certain dimensions, please do so very carefully and at the correct position. Note that each brand has its own sizing, and some brands distinguish between US and UK sizes.
If you are unsure about a specific size, please feel free to contact our customer service.
It may happen that the order confirmation for your purchase ends up in the 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder of your email account. Therefore, we kindly ask you to check these (or similar) folders first before contacting us regarding the status of your order.
If the ordered item is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days. If the item is not in stock and the delivery time is longer than 10 business days, we will notify you by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
If you have chosen to pick up your order at our store in Hillegom, we always advise you to wait for a message from us before coming to our store. This will help prevent any disappointment, as we do not have all items in stock.
Domestic shipments are handled by DHL. When the shipment is on its way, you will automatically receive an email from DHL containing the track & trace code, which you can use to track your shipment via www.dhlparcel.nl. To receive a shipment, someone must be present at the specified address, as deliveries to a P.O. Box are not possible. If the shipment cannot be delivered, an alternative delivery address, such as neighbors, is typically sought. If this is not possible, the courier will take the shipment back and it can be picked up the next working day at a nearby DHL pickup point. Don’t forget to bring your identification when picking it up.
International shipments are also handled by DHL but may, after crossing the border, be taken over by a local carrier in certain cases. For these shipments, you will also receive an email from DHL after departure containing the track & trace code, which you can use to track your shipment via www.dhlparcel.nl.
If the shipment returns to us because no one was present at the specified address or the shipment was not picked up at the pickup location, we are obliged to charge shipping costs if the shipment needs to be sent again.
Pro-Racing reserves the right to choose another mode of transport without giving a reason.
For handling online payments, we work with the payment service provider Mollie. Mollie offers all well-known payment methods, including iDEAL | Wero, PayPal, Credit Card, and Apple Pay. It is also possible to choose a manual bank transfer.
Payment after delivery is possible with us via Klarna. Installment payments are not available.
If you choose to pick up your order in our store, you also have the option to pay on-site by card or in cash.

Good to know: If an order is to be shipped in parts at the customer's request, the additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
When the shipment is on its way, you will automatically receive an email from DHL containing the track & trace code with which you can follow your shipment at www.dhlparcel.nl.
If you would like to modify your order, we request that you contact us as soon as possible, either via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
If the modification results in a higher order amount, we can send you a payment link for the price difference. If the order amount is lower, the price difference will be refunded through our payment service provider, Mollie.
Orders paid with Klarna cannot be modified. We can only cancel these, after which you will need to place the modified order again in our webshop.
Have you changed your mind after placing the order? Would you like to cancel the order? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can do this via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Always mention your order number.
Once your return has been approved by us, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days. We use our payment service provider, Mollie, for this. The amount will always be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.

When returning your order (or part of it), never forget to include a fully completed return form. Without this form, we cannot process your return.
