Touring car seat belts
Touring car harnesses are available in 4, 5, and 6-point versions. The 6-point harnesses come in a standard version with 3-inch shoulder straps, but also with 2-inch shoulder straps specifically for use with an FHR system (HANS or Hybrid). During official races, a 6-point harness is usually required, while 4- or 5-point harnesses are often sufficient for track days. It is good to know that in racing, a special FHR-compatible harness may only be used if an FHR system is actually being used. Pro-Racing sells touring car harnesses from the brands Schroth and Sparco.

Formula car seat belts
Formula car seat belts are specially developed for use in open single-seaters, but in specific cases, they are also used in prototype cars. A notable detail of a Formula car belt is that the 5th and 6th points are not directly connected to the belt buckle but are looped between the shoulder belts. This offers the driver more comfort due to the more reclined seating position in this type of vehicle. Formula car belts always feature 2-inch shoulder belts and are thus suitable for use in combination with an FHR system. Pro-Racing sells Formula car belts from the brands Schroth and Sparco.
