The Elite Junior C2 CMR is a rugged-looking full-face karting helmet specially designed for children under 15 years old. The helmet is fully developed for the (not yet fully grown) head of a child and takes into account the weaker neck of a child through the weight of the helmet.

Since a child's neck is not yet fully developed, the weight of a helmet is of great importance. In case it is too high, this can lead to (serious) neck injuries, especially in the event of a crash. Therefore, the FIA has introduced a new certification, namely the Snell CMR2016. All helmets that meet this certification, including the Elite Junior C2 CMR, have a maximum weight per size. This weight is significantly lower compared to helmets suitable for adults. In addition, the fit is fully developed for a child's head.
The Elite Junior CMR comes standard with a clear visor. With the optional visors, a good solution can be found for (low-hanging) sun.
