Weighing under 1000 grams in the smallest shell, the ST6 CMR ZERO is one of the lightest CMR-approved helmets on the market. This low weight is immediately noticeable: less strain on the neck muscles, more stability, and significantly less fatigue after long heats. The Stilo CMR ZERO is constructed from an advanced carbon construction derived from Stilo's top helmets in motorsport, including F1. The fit of the ST6 CMR ZERO is tailored to the growing heads of children, providing maximum safety.

The ventilation of the Stilo CMR ZERO is inspired by Formula 1 technology; the strategically placed air intakes and outlets ensure a very efficient airflow, keeping the driver cool and focused even in the most extreme temperatures. The visor opening has become wider compared to its predecessor, the ST5, for a broader field of vision. The visor is directly from motorsport, is 3 mm. thick and can be closed in 2 positions, which is ideal for getting some extra fresh air without the risk of the visor unexpectedly popping up or suddenly closing. The lining of the Stilo ST6 CMR ZERO feels wonderfully soft and is made of easy-to-clean material, making cleaning after (rain) driving a breeze. On request, the ST6 CMR ZERO helmet can be delivered with a lining in the colors red, blue, orange, yellow, green, or pink. The helmet comes standard with a clear visor, but with the optional (tinted) visors, a good solution can be found for sun or rain. By using Stilo's unique PURO technology for carbon helmets, the clear coat can be omitted, resulting in a lower weight without compromising the appearance of the helmet. The presence of the FIA CMR-2016 homologation ensures that the Stilo CMR ZERO karting helmet can be used in all national and international karting competitions for youth.
