The most personalized item is the racing overall. Logos of sponsors on it, a name and flag on the belt, a completely unique design, or a custom overall; it is all possible, both for motorsport and karting. There are various options to make this happen.
Personalizing a Standard Overall
The cheapest and quickest way to personalize an overall is based on an overall that is part of the standard collection of one of our brands, simply an overall 'from the book'. This can be equipped with logos, texts (e.g., a name on the belt), but also with (simple) lines and graphics.
The application of these occurs on flame-retardant overalls through printing, as the different layers must not be compromised due to their flame-retardant properties. For kart overalls, you can choose between printing and embroidery. The advantage of printing is that no embroidery cards are needed, which significantly saves on costs. The transfers we use for printing are extremely thin and strong, ensuring that the overall increases only minimally in weight and does not become stiffer, which can happen with (larger) embroidery. For printing, we need a vector file of all logos/texts, etc. (Illustrator .EPS/.AI).
The cost of a standard personalized overall obviously depends on the chosen overall, but the general rule is the price of the overall (as displayed on our website) + the costs for personalization, starting at €32.50 (for example, a name and flag on the belt).

Fully Custom Made Overall:
For those who want more freedom in terms of design and colors, or for those looking for a custom overall, we offer custom made overalls. With these overalls, you can customize both the design (the layout of the overall) and the colors. This is possible for both motorsport and kart overalls.
The cost of a custom made overall depends on the chosen base/quality. It is possible to have an overall made based on an entry-level model, but also based on a high-end model. The starting price of a custom made overall is approximately €500.00 (karting) / €1,000.00 (motorsport). We are happy to advise you on the different possibilities.
Designing a custom made overall starts from a blank layout of the chosen base. Every overall has certain characteristics (for example, stretch panels) that are positioned in specific places and cannot be changed due to homologation. Once you have decided which base/quality suits you, we can provide the template so you can start designing.
Do you not have the skills to design an overall yourself? Or would you rather leave the creativity to someone else? No problem, our designer is happy to help you with this! For a fixed amount of €150.00, he will design your dream overall. If the design is not quite what you had in mind, that’s also no problem; for the aforementioned amount, he will continue until you are 100% satisfied!

Sparco Custom Easy
New from Sparco is the online Custom Easy design tool. With this tool, you can easily and quickly design a motorsport overall, optionally including logos or custom-made. In the Sparco Custom Easy design tool, you can choose from several basic overalls in different qualities. Sparco has put together various layouts for each of these base overalls. After selecting the desired layout, you can change each part of the overall to a color of your choice.
Adding a flag and name on the belt, or applying logos is also very easy in the Sparco Custom Easy tool. In the last step, you can choose between a standard size, a modified standard size (for example, size 54 but with 4 cm longer sleeves), or fully custom. In the end, you will see an overview of all choices, which you can submit for a price quote. We aim to send the quote to you within 1-2 working days. Easy, right? ;-)

Fully Printed Overalls
Are you looking for complete freedom in the design of your overall? Then a fully printed overall is ideal for you! The principle of a fully printed overall is almost the same as your home printer; you put white paper—in this case, white fabric—into the printer and print whatever you want on it. This allows for the application of drawings, line games, photos, color gradients, and shadows. And with a particularly large choice of available colors. All this for a fixed price. Let your imagination run wild and create your own unique racing or karting overall!

Sparco Infinity

The Sparco Infinity is the motorsport overall from the Sparco Infinity Project. This FIA-approved flame-retardant race overall consists of 3 layers of Nomex material and can be considered a good mid-range overall. With the Sparco Infinity, you can choose from no less than 65,000 colors! The Infinity follows the standard sizing of Sparco and is fully customizable to your liking. Details such as a belt or pockets can be added as desired. Fixed price for a standard size is €1381.00.
Sparco Prime
The Sparco Prime is the karting overall from the Sparco Infinity Project. The overall consists of 2 layers and meets the latest CIK-FIA N2013.1 standard. The Prime is lightweight, comfortable, and well-breathable.
The Prime follows the standard sizing of Sparco and is fully customizable to your liking. Details such as a belt or pockets can be added as desired. Price for standard size starts at €619.00
