Developed with the same philosophy as Schuberth's world-renowned F1 helmets, including those of multiple world champion Max Verstappen, the Schuberth SP1 HYBRID stands out for its versatility in certifications, making it suitable for both car and karting sports. Also new is the SDL (Schuberth Dual Locking) visor locking system. This system offers a solid and precise locking of the visor in 2 positions, with the ventilation position providing the same level of safety as fully closed.

Regarding certifications, the new Schuberth SP1 HYBRID meets both the FIA 8859-2004, FIA 8878-2004, Snell SA-2025, and Snell K-2025 certifications, making the applications of this helmet very broad. Like other Schuberth helmets for motorsport, this helmet was developed using a wind tunnel, resulting in an extremely aerodynamic shape. The helmet features various ventilation channels distributed throughout, allowing cool air to enter easily and warm air to exit effortlessly. At a speed of 100 km per hour in open air, the helmet receives as much as 14 liters of fresh air! Due to the high number of ventilation channels, the SP1 HYBRID is also very suitable for use in closed vehicles.
The visor of the Schuberth SP1 HYBRID is 3D injected for maximum safety. Additionally, the visor comes standard with the Pinlock 120 system to minimize fogging. The visor closure is centrally located, ensuring symmetrical closure.
The cheek pads are equipped with cable channels, making it easy to install a communication system.
